Securing Oil Drain Bolt:  There have been  incidents caused by rider's oil drain bolts falling out, resulting in crashes and lost track time.  Fortunately, no one has been severely injured as a result of these mishaps.  To stop this trend we are revising our safety wire policy to require safety wire or RTV silicone adhesive on all oil drain bolts.  We will spot check bikes as they enter the track to insure compliance.  Naturally, we will be available to help any riders who have questions or need assistance with this requirement.  By the way, pre-drilled, safety wire-ready, drain plugs can be purchased from a variety of retailer for those not wishing to drill their own bolts.
