Terms

 We are providing the opportunity for approximately 35 experienced riders to ride session-free for $195 per day.  This is not a race day or riders school.  It is a day for improving your riding skills as well as to test and tune your motorcycle in a safe and controlled track environment.  Courteous passing will be expected and enforced.  It must be emphasized that we are restricting this opportunity to riders with previous track experience (e.g. Calif. Superbike School, Jason Pridmore’s STAR School, Fastrack Riders, Hyperclub, etc.).  Riders without previous track experience attempting to attend our events will not be permitted to ride and will not be given a refund.

Payment Methods:
        - Limited to approximately 35 riders per day, first come, first served.
        - Advanced payment may be by VISA, MasterCard, money order, cashiers check, personal check or cash.
        - Payment by personal check will not hold an event slot until the check clears.
        - Payment at the track must be cash; checks will not be accepted at the gate!
        - Track owner will charge a small cash entry fee at the gate, be prepared.
 
Refund Policy:
        - No refunds will be given.  If a rider cancels at least 10 days prior to a scheduled event, a credit will be given for a future track day.  Credits must be used within 6 calendar months from the date of issue.  Cancellations within the 10 day window forfeit the cost of the event.
        - No shows will not be given credits or refunds. 
 
Safety:
        - A fully equipped ambulance will be on site throughout the day.
        - Flagging stations and on-track radios will be used to communicate track conditions to the riders.
        - In the event of injuries requiring hospitalization, a medi-vac helicopter can be dispatched from Las Vegas.  Additionally, the Desert View Regional Medical Center is now open in Pahrump.
 
Spectators:
        - Spectators and speed junkies are welcome at the track so long as they are reasonably well behaved.
        - Areas will be designated for spectators to use for observation and photographing the riders.
        - Riders are responsible for the conduct of their guests.
 
Rain/Inclement Weather:
        - We will run, rain or shine.  Riders should plan to bring wet weather gear if the local weather predicts rain.
 
For the Lunatic Fringe:
        - The objective of SoCal Track Days is to provide an enjoyable and safe track day experience for all participants.  If an individual rider’s conduct or attitude conflicts with that goal, he/she will be ejected from the event.
        - Reckless riding, stunt riding, blatant disregard for instructions or being under the influence of drugs or alcohol will result in ejection.
